Refund Policy

1. Return Period

G1impse offers a 7-day return period. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested outside this period may be refused at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be purchased at full original price. Discounted or sale items are not eligible.

  • Be unworn, unused, and in the condition received, including original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • Include the original proof of purchase or receipt.

G1impse reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us before sending any items back via one of the following channels:

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

4. Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless G1impse confirms otherwise in writing.

  • We do not accept liability for lost or damaged returns in transit.

5. Damages and Issues

  • Upon receipt of your order, you must inspect items immediately.

  • Any defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • G1impse will evaluate reported issues at our discretion.

  • We reserve the right to refuse claims that are fraudulent, exaggerated, or insufficiently evidenced.

Damages During Delivery:

  • G1impse is not responsible for damage caused by courier services once the item has been handed over for shipment.

  • Customers should inspect all items immediately upon delivery.

  • Any damage caused by the delivery service must be reported to the courier directly, and a claim may need to be filed with them.

  • G1impse may assist in providing necessary evidence for the claim, but accepting or paying for damages caused in transit is at our discretion.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are strictly non-returnable, including:

  • Accessories (e.g., necklaces, belts, bags)

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible, contact us prior to returning it.

7. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Refunds

  • Refunds are subject to inspection and approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • G1impse reserves the right to deduct shipping, handling, or restocking fees from refunds if deemed necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • G1impse is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from returns, refunds, exchanges, or shipping issues.

  • Refunds are limited to the purchase price paid for the item(s) only.

10. Right to Refuse

  • G1impse reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any return, refund, or exchange for any reason.

  • By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this policy and acknowledge that G1impse’s decisions regarding returns, refunds, or disputes are final within legal limits.
