Refund Policy

1. Return Period
G1impse offers a 7-day return period. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested outside this period may be refused at our sole discretion.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be purchased at full original price. Discounted or sale items are not eligible.

Be unworn, unused, and in the condition received, including original tags, labels, and packaging.

Include the original proof of purchase or receipt.
G1impse reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us before sending any items back via one of the following channels:

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
4. Return Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless G1impse confirms otherwise in writing.

We do not accept liability for lost or damaged returns in transit.
5. Damages and Issues

Upon receipt of your order, you must inspect items immediately.

Any defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.

G1impse will evaluate reported issues at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse claims that are fraudulent, exaggerated, or insufficiently evidenced.
Damages During Delivery:

G1impse is not responsible for damage caused by courier services once the item has been handed over for shipment.

Customers should inspect all items immediately upon delivery.

Any damage caused by the delivery service must be reported to the courier directly, and a claim may need to be filed with them.

G1impse may assist in providing necessary evidence for the claim, but accepting or paying for damages caused in transit is at our discretion.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are strictly non-returnable, including:
