Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 1–3 working days of purchase.
Preorder Items: Preorder items are sourced from Korea. Delivery to our UK warehouse typically takes 14-21 working days after preorder cutoff date. We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, customs, or transport issues outside our control.
2. Shipping Timeline
Once preorder items reach our warehouse, they are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days, the same as in-stock items. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
3. Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Preorder)
For orders containing both in-stock and preorder items, all items will generally be shipped together once everything is available, unless you request split shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply for separate shipments.
4. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Public holidays, peak seasons, or extreme weather conditions
We make reasonable efforts to communicate expected delays but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates with the courier.
Important: Once a package leaves our warehouse, G1impse is not liable for loss, damage, or delay during shipping. Responsibility for delivery lies with the courier until the package reaches you.
